“Excellent service. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous technicians. Will definitely use this company again and will recommend to others. Proves my favourite saying ‘you get what you pay for’. Pricey, but good value.” Mrs Blackett – Portsmouth “A stain we had previously laboured over for a couple of years was removed within minutes. My sister was very impressed with our carpets, etc. She would like hers cleaned, name and address enclosed.” Mr & Mrs Evans – Cosham” “I was very pleased with the results. All personnel were cheerful and friendly and approached the job with confidence. I would be happy to recommend this company to others.” Mrs Goldberg – Havant “We found the cleanliness quite remarkable. We had no idea our carpets, particularly the cream sitting room carpet, would come up as well as it did. We will certainly pass the name of your company to any friends needing a good ‘carpet clean.’” Mrs Youngs – Old Portsmouth “You have performed a minor miracle! After six months of building work in our house, our carpets were in a very sorry state but the cleaning has restored them to show house condition! We will certainly be recommending you to other people. Many thanks.” Mrs MacDonald-Woods – Portsmouth “Best carpet cleaners I’ve ever used. A bit more expensive than others I’ve tried, but value for money. I will definitely use again. Amazed they got so many stains out!” Mr Ashworth – Portsmouth “The first meeting at our home was pleasant and business like. Explanations of work to be done and various costs were clear and concise. Barry, the technician, explained how he would stage the work and on completion, advised minor time limits to re-use of furniture and rooms. From our initial telephone call to final payment and completed invoice copy, you provided excellent service. Well done everyone!” Mrs Cunningham – Lovedean “Excellent service. Arrived slightly early, but started work straight away. Was very conscious of the fact that we had just redecorated. I would certainly use this company again, and will recommend to friends and work colleagues.” Mr Woolven – Southsea “What an excellent job the guys made. We are so pleased with the cleaning of our armchairs and carpet. We will recommend your firm to all our friends.” Mr Martin – Cosham “Courteous and considerate at all times. Turkish rugs collected and returned at my convenience. Very clean and soft. I am very impressed.” Mrs B Packer – Southsea

"Selling A Home In This Economy"

While no one wants to sell their home in a down market, there are quite a few reasons why you might have to—job relocation, downsizing or upsizing, or economic changes, are common reasons why people put their homes on the market in a less-than-robust economy.

While putting your home on the market in a down economy comes with challenges like lower prices, fewer qualified buyers, and an overabundance of inventory, there are things you can do to increase the chances of selling your home for what it’s worth.

Join forces with a pro.

Don’t try to save money by selling your home yourself. An experienced real estate agent or broker can help you design a marketing plan designed to sell your home in tough times.

Give your home some curb appeal.

In a down market there are tons of for sale signs on the lawn. Curb appeal is your home’s first impression, and should make potential buyers want to come inside.

Remove yard clutter, repair fences, decks, and porches, and hire a landscaper.

Make improvements that matter.

Carefully assess the condition of your home, and replace those things that are outdated, broken, or do not appeal to the masses. For example, a roof that leaks should be replaced or repaired, while outdated kitchen appliances should be updated.

And what about those chartreuse living room walls? Repaint the interior of your home in neutral colors, which will appeal to the majority of buyers.

Clean up.

Either do it yourself, or hire outside help to completely clean and de-clutter your home. When it comes to your carpets, be sure to give us a call to schedule a professional cleaning. Nothing makes your home look cleaner or gives your rooms sparkle like newly cleaned carpets!

"5 Home-Maintenance Projects"

Fall can be a particularly busy time of year, particularly since the lazy days of summer have receded and our lives are significantly more scheduled.

But just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you should neglect your home projects. As a matter of fact, fall is one of the best times to do maintenance on your home.

Below are five projects to think about. Do them now, before winter sets in!

Project #1: Repair leaky roofs.

Most roofs can be repaired by a moderately knowledgeable do-it-yourselfer in just an afternoon. Next time it rains and roof leaks, take a few minutes to trace the source of the leak.

When the sun comes out, climb up onto the roof, remove the shingles at the trouble spot, apply some roofing cement, and replace the shingles. Done!

Project #2: Clean the gutters.

Gutters can be quickly clogged with debris, leaves, even balls if you have kids! You’ll want your gutters empty and clean so that rain, ice, and snow have a way off the roof and away from your home’s foundation.

Project #3: Check your window seals.

Dirt and debris can collect on your window seals over time, preventing a tight seal from forming. When the cold weather comes, you’ll want your home to retain as much heat as possible.

Cleaning seals will ensure that your home is as energy efficient as possible. If you notice that seals or weather stripping have deteriorated, replace them.

Project #4: Treat your porch or deck.

The day you remove and store all of your porch furniture is a great time to maintain your porch or deck.

Doing so before the snow and ice hits will extend the life of your porch or deck. Pressure wash the entire deck, and let it dry. Once it’s dry, give it a good coat of sealer or protectant.

Project #5: Call us and set up an appointment to have your carpets professionally cleaned.

The fall is a great time of year to get your carpets in tip-top shape.

We can remove all of the dirt and debris collected during the summer months, and can ensure you head into the darker days of winter with a nice, bright carpet!!

"3 Ways To Connect With Your Kids"

Summer is over and school is in session. If you feel as if all of the members of your family are running in different directions, you aren’t alone.

In today’s very busy society, it’s more important than ever to purposefully connect with one another.

Follow the three tips below, and avoid being ships that pass in the night!

Tip #1: Become technologically savvy.

Chances are, your kids spend a lot of time on the computer and on their cell phones. One way to stay connected to them is to learn how to use technology.

Ask your kids to show you how to text message, and learn how to send pictures and videos over the phone and the web.

Join the same social networking sites that your kids belong to. It’s a great way to keep track of what they are doing, as well as whom they are doing it with.

Tip #2: Make a date.

If you find busy schedules are keeping you apart, make a formal date to have lunch, dinner, take in a movie, or do something you both enjoy. Set aside at least two hours, and use the time to fill each other in on what’s happening.

Schedule a special time with each child at least once per week.

Tip #3: Stay healthy together.

Learn a sport together, such as tennis, or plan family bike rides and walks. Plan healthy menus together, and allow each family member to take part in the meal preparation and cooking.

the Perfect Care Maintainance Plan

Step 1: Dry Vacuuming

The carpets are fully vacuum cleaned.

Carpets can hide soil and dry particles

which makes up to 85% of the carpets soil.

If you have stains on these they will be

inspected and if necessary they will be

worked upon prior to deep cleaning.

Step 2: Pre-spray

Now most of the dry soil and stains are

removed and the cleaning of the sticky

soils and pollutants begin with special prespray

which is applied and massaged into

the carpet.

Step 3: Deep Extraction Cleaning

The pre-spray is rinsed off using our floor

wand or Rotovac powerhead. This will

remove all the cleaning products and leave

your carpet clean and fresh.

Step 4: Rapid-Drying

A turbo-drier, which blows air across the

carpet to help dry it quicker is used to

Rapid-Dry™ the carpets. The drier the

carpets the quicker you can use them

again.
